QuestionLab may collect or process the following limited information:

• Basic app usage and performance data needed to operate, improve, and secure the app.
• Advertising and attribution identifiers used by ad and analytics providers where permitted by the device settings and applicable law.
• Notification permission status when daily learning reminders are enabled by the device.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not currently require login to use the app.
• We do not collect student school name, class roll, address, phone number, or payment information.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not require learners to submit private academic records.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide MCQ practice, study, exam, result, and quiz preview features.
• Show daily learning notifications.
• Display ads and measure ad performance.
• Understand app installs and engagement from advertising campaigns.
• Improve app reliability, content, and user experience.

Login and Authentication

QuestionLab does not currently require users to log in. The current app can be used without creating an account or signing in.

We may add optional Google sign-in in a future version. If Google sign-in is enabled later, Google may provide basic profile information such as name, email address, and profile photo. That information would be used only to authenticate the account and show the signed-in identity inside the app.

Firebase and Cloud Services

We use Firebase services to support app functionality and educational content delivery. If optional login is enabled in a future version, Firebase Authentication may also be used for account sign-in. Firebase may process device, usage, or diagnostic information according to Google policies.

Advertising

QuestionLab may show ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, and other information to provide, limit, and measure ads.

Meta/Facebook App Events

For Android app install advertising and campaign measurement, QuestionLab may use Meta App Events. This helps us understand app installs and general engagement from Meta/Facebook ads. We do not send private student records or unnecessary personal data through these events.

Notifications

QuestionLab may send daily learning reminders, such as a daily MCQ question. You can control or disable notifications from your device settings at any time.

Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the app, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Meta App Events. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and service terms.

Children and Students

QuestionLab is designed as an educational practice app. If a parent, guardian, or school believes a learner has provided information that should be removed, please contact us so we can review the request.

Your Choices

• You can use the current version of the app without signing in.
• If login is enabled in a future version, you will be able to sign out from the app.
• You can disable notifications in device settings.
• You can reset or limit advertising tracking from your device settings where supported.
• You can contact us to request deletion or review of information associated with your account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
